Our Teen DBT Skills Group is here to help you thrive, grow, and flourish.

 Join us for a transformative journey over 6 weeks, every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting 11/9/23 (no group on Thanksgiving)

What's DBT, you ask? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that equips you with valuable tools to better manage emotions, relationships, and life's inevitable stressors.

In this empowering group, you'll:

  • Develop emotional regulation skills.

  •  Build resilience in the face of challenges.

  •  Foster healthier relationships and communication. Learn to stay present in the moment.  

  • Set and achieve personal goals.

Rebecca will guide you through this journey, providing a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel heard and supported.
